P.O.R.
Hermann Göring was a complex man. A statesman, warrior, industrialist, hunter, husband and father; his possessions all reflect aspects of one of the most powerful personalities in the world. We have chosen a selection of items that convey the sense of power and prestige this singularly unique man commanded.
On Easter Sunday, April 10, 1935, Hermann Göring and German actress, Emmy Sonnemann, were married in Berlin in an elaborate wedding ceremony. There are many accounts of the wedding and the subsequent reception at Carinhall several hours later, in which the Görings hosted 320 of their near and dear friends. He opened up two entire rooms of the huge Carinhall estate, which were full of wedding gifts. He said, "Gentleman, I have asked you to come here in order that I may show you the gifts my people have given me." These are some of those gifts. All are emblazoned with the Göring and Sonnemann coats of arms, his to the left side, hers to the right, canted to present the upper edges of the escutcheons to touch.

This is an unusual and extremely rare Hermann Göring Reichsmarschall white summer uniform with heavy gold bullion removable shoulder board insignia, attached neck order ribbons, and attached gold bullion Luftwaffe eagle and collar rank insignia.
This uniform was tailor made for Hermann Göring in Vienna, Austria and has a Tiller, Wien VIII Mariahilferstasse 22 maker label.
We have taken a number of close-up photos that show the incredible detail of this outstanding uniform.
These are views of the tunic:
These are views of the trousers:
There are some moderate stains overall. The maker mark is very clearly readable on inside, as shown. There is some very slight wear and tarnish on the matched forward-facing gold bullion shoulder boards. There is some minor tarnish present on the gold bullion piping, collar insignia, and breast eagle on the tunic and on the wide gold bullion stripes of the trousers.
