A number of pieces belonging to Albert Speer were supplied by the AWS WELLNER silver company. Most was heavy silver plate flatware settings in a number of symmetrical and simple designs. It is marked with the letters AWS and/or WELLNER on the reverse sides and features the intertwined block AS (of his own design) on the front. All pieces are maker marked with the WELLNER name, with 90 silver content marks, and pennyweights of silver in the piece. Specific variations are noted in the individual listings.

A number of pieces belonging to Albert Speer were made of solid 800 (80%) silver. There are a number of patterns, and several variations of his monogram (Speer designed his own monograms, as well as those of several other German High Leaders. He was responsible for the modification of Eva Braun's "Cloverleaf" monogram to a more feminine "Butterfly" design.
Specific variations are noted in the individual listings.
This pattern has a beaded edge treatment, and is very heavy. The monogram is an interesting block pattern with the A and S adjacent, and connected in a cubic style.
